24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled for last minute cancellations. No Shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.

A card is required to have on file in order to schedule a treatment.

Life happens! If arriving more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and/or your service will be modified to end at the scheduled time. If cancellation is necessary due to tardiness, the cancellation fee of at least 50% may apply.

All packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. Memberships require a 3 month commitment and 30 day notice for cancellation.

Stargazer Esthetics is not responsible for sensitive skin or the tearing of the skin, due to excessive waxing or the use of Retin-A or similar products.  All waxing services have a 3-day guarantee.  If you find missed hair please give us a call.

Due to liability reasons and to ensure a relaxing experience, we do not allow children. We understand that childcare is not always available and will be more than happy to reschedule an appointment to a time that meets your needs.  As always, we do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid fees.
